The system

How a custom site ships in seven days.

The fair question behind every skeptical reply: agencies quote six to ten weeks — how can this possibly take seven days without being a template? Answer: because the slow parts of an agency build aren’t design. They’re meetings, hand-offs, and blank pages. We removed those, not the craft. Here is every step.

Nothing here is magic. It’s a production system that took longer to build than any single website ever will.

01
Before you pay · two business days

The preview.

We build a working preview of your homepage from what’s already public — your reviews, your services, your brand. It uses our own licensed photography, never your patient photos (we don’t touch those until you’ve confirmed consent in writing). The preview is private, unlisted, and deleted on request.

It’s also interactive: mark anything you’d change, right on the page, and we revise it within a day — free. That’s not a courtesy; it’s how we learn your taste before a single contract exists.

02
Day 0 · ten minutes of your time

Confirm, don’t create.

After payment, the onboarding form arrives pre-filled with everything we could pull from your existing site — services, pricing, credentials, your logo. You correct what’s wrong and upload what’s missing. Most owners finish in ten minutes. The 7-day clock starts when your content is approved, and pauses if we’re waiting on you — so the promise stays honest in both directions.

03
Days 1–2

The collection does the heavy lifting.

Your site starts from one of six complete design systems — palette, typography, photography direction, components, and voice, each documented to the pixel and each with its own published rubric. That’s years of design decisions already made and tested. What’s left is the part that must be yours: your photography, your logo, your market, your patients. A collection is a starting point, never a template — no two builds ship alike, and we check what’s already live in your metro before we begin.

04
Days 2–3

Every word, written for you.

We draft all fourteen pages of copy in your collection’s voice — concern-first navigation, outcomes before procedures, prices stated plainly. Your existing copy carries over as facts (services, credentials, prices); the persuasion layer is rewritten, because recycled brochure copy is why most clinic sites read alike. You review every word before anything ships. Claims we can’t verify from your materials don’t get written.

05
Day 4

The QA harness — the part nobody sees.

Every build runs through the same automated gauntlet as our own demos: no photograph appears twice anywhere on the site; every image is graded to one photographic temperature; contrast meets WCAG AA; tap targets, skip links, and reduced-motion are checked; MedicalSpa structured data and per-page metadata ship on every page. Then it’s scored against its collection’s rubric — the same public standard we grade the whole industry by.

06
Days 5–6

Two revision rounds, on the page.

You review the finished site the same way you reviewed the preview — click anything, type what you’d change, submit the round. We turn revisions around within a day. Two full rounds are included; extras are $150 each, stated up front so scope never becomes a negotiation.

07
Day 7

Launch, in your name.

Live on your own domain, registered to you — not rented from us. You get the handoff pack: domain details, invoice history, exactly what the monthly plan covers, and recovery instructions in case we ever disappear. From then on, the site reports to you monthly: visits, calls tapped, bookings clicked, and what we changed.

That’s the whole trick: the system is slow-built so every client build can be fast. Seven days isn’t the corner we cut — it’s the proof we didn’t have to cut any.
